Days 24, 25, and 26, the Traveling is Hard

So day 24 was normal (Level 3 she is a killer), but after driving for 9 hours I couldn’t bring myself to do it on day 25. And day 26 was very awkward, trying to fit it in while we’re staying in a tiny beach house with some friends. I did it, but the next few days are going to be spotty.

Tomorrow is going to be extra hard because there are even more people visiting during the day. So…I’ll do what I can and make up for what I miss when I get back.

How is everyone else doing? IS anyone else still going? :)

I’ve just started! Literally, this morning. There were various things which were stopping me from being able to do it when you started, so I’m really behind, but hopefully I’ll be able to make it through the whole thing this time! When I’ve tried before I’ve made it a few days into level 2 and then become depressed because there’s so much stuff that I can’t do, but hopefully I’ll be able to power through it this time!! :)

Still at it on this end! Well, my version of “it,” at least. I’m walking 4-5km per night, with about one night off a week depending on life and weather. I try to walk at about a 6km/hour pace, which challenges me quite a bit at this point. I’m generally slightly out of breath most of the time I’m walking, but I want to build my cardio back up so I can hit the ice in September. I throw the Shred in once or twice a week or when I can’t walk, and I’m still doing pilates and yoga. I’m also still diligently tracking and I’ve lost about 5lbs, so it’s going well, yeah :)

So starting again, low cal clean diet and trying to fit it in when I can which hopefully will be every morning with a couple of rest days! i tracking weight, measurements, bfp and bmi.
